★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can be this dell official support center, consultancy of this service center is pathetic, and why they are marketing quick heal products, they are keep telling you to buy quick heal antivirus why should I buy that, and official Dell is telling that you should always update your windows, and their so called executives tell me that you should not update windows. I don't know how this is the authorize center of dell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a laptop repair from them, they used some cleaning liquid to clean the keyboard which i never asked for and didnt let it dry, now many keys of the device remain pressed and some dont respond, they dont want to acknowledge their mistake and were asking me to buy new keyboard of 1800 which actually costs 900 max , they want 100% comission for their own mistake !

They are making fool to the people. even if your product is under warranty & service is free then also they are charging the fees from us. Please visit other authorized service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service staff of cps technologies which is behind the dell exclusive store is the bestest one . i went there thrice to solve my problem and everytime they helped me in such a way like no other service staff does . there are one guy and girl who are such a technical person . thank you both of you and i recommend everyone to must visit there if you have issue with your Laptop.
