★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service staff of cps technologies which is opposite to ghandhi smruti bhavan is the bestest one . i went there thrice to solve my problem and everytime they helped me in such a way like no other service staff does . there are one guy and girl who are such a technical person . thank you both of you and i recommend everyone to must visit there if you have issue with your Laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CPS has set a very High bar for offering the worst customer service experience possible by any company.
Their Salesmen will mis-sell you before selling and will not take any accountability.
Their Customer care/ Engineer will ask you to wait for sometime for technical support/ resolution (its has been over 5-6 months and I'm still waiting).
Their Director/Manager (ASHISH) does not have the time to resolve their mistakes, and he even has the audacity to cut his customers calls on their face.
I'm writing this review after receiving no solution since 6 months for the defected product the company has sold.
They have sold us a defected product but are not ready to replace it or return it.
