★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad response to the issue addressed , they are not bothered about customer satisfation at all ,once sold their responisblity is over ,I had to take the chair to the show room for wheel replacement , Shabbily made chair ,when addressed about the issue the response that we got is "Indian made chair are like this only"
