★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop from this retailer, the staff and owner are very polite and explain the difference in various models nicely.
Unfortunately the laptop developed some hard disk issue, these guys tried to help as much as possible and gave correct advice. Also, dell customer care is great and very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the store staff did help us with the specifications, there was lack of transparency. When we asked if the Inspiron series had a model in Green color(I had checked on Dell website before visiting the store), the store owner mentioned that silver is the only color that's launched. That was truly dishonest as there are certain models in this series in this color.
While I decided not to go back to the store for an exchange, lack of transparency was a complete letdown. Overall, the interaction was okay but not very customer-centric.

I bought a Dell Vostro laptop (256GB SSD + 1024GB HDD) around 10 months ago, hence it is still in warranty. While selling it to us, this dramatic guy called "Ramesh" sold it to us by claiming the highest standards of product, service, how we don't need to worry about anything and just bring laptop to them in case any problem comes. As can be understood, he was just desperate to sell his laptop by keeping a straight face. While selling the laptop, he carries this attitude that this sale will not affect his salary. This is company's outlet and he is company's employee and his salary will not be affected by the number of products sold, so it's entirely up to you to buy or not.
Fast forward 10 months, we got multiple problems with the product. He very cunningly pointed out each and every problem to be either our mistake, no mistake or paid mistake, i.e., for some problems like overheating he claimed that "sir ye to aapne galat chalaya hoga, coolant ke 800 rs lagenge"...something on these lines. For other problems, he said, "ye problem to aa hi nhi sakti, main maan hi nhi sakta aisi koi problem hai", hence stating me a liar and laughing in front of other customers to maintain his technical supremacy, and for one other problem, he updated some random software and I said, "ho gya sir, ab nhi aayegi problem". He was more busy in showing and selling products to new customers and we literally had to shout in order to get his arrogant attention.
Overall very bad experience and we took a pledge to not buy from him and buy non-chinese manufactured products from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice Dell showroom in vaishali enclave pitampura. the shop is on road pitampura. the shop is authorised dell showroom. you can visit at dell showroom 11:00 am to 09:30 pm. in this shop you can purchase more dell products like computer, tft, dekstop, mouse and cabinet, laptops. the prices are reasonable and the owner of the shop is good and staff are also supportive for purchasing the dell products.the dell computer is international computer and it company. who manufactured the computer products for customers. also the company gives computer to government organisations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non professional services, I visited there today to get the RAM upgraded but they told and convinced me for buying an SSD of 256gb space but not giving a proper guarantee that it would work or not and they also said if it does not work as expected then you would have to upgrade the RAM. Totally unsatisfied with the resolution provided.
