★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 3 Delsey suitcases in August 2017. I should say that the product quality is horrible. I got a large (upto 30kg), 1 medium and 1 cabin suitcase. All had to be repaired at least once by Jan 2020. Both handles on both large and medium suitcases broke in spite of never once carrying the maximum capacity mentioned. And for the cabin suitcase the trolley itself had to be changed. I found Delsey products non reliable and over priced for the poor quality they provide. I had spoken to store regarding my concerns and they were understanding. They contacted their management after which the store just became rude. I mailed to customer care regarding the same and there has been no response. On the whole it has been very bad experience with Delsey in terms of product quality and service.
