★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there specifically to eat Sadaya meal. Special Sunday price of Rs. 250 and unlimited. Ground floor seating is non AC and one floor up or mezzanine floor has AC. Small compact place. Particular south Indian style of food but not the regular idli/dosa but main course meals. Decent place moderately priced.

And also the name board of the hotel and the name we got from internet is different. Please consider this while you go over there.

This place is a legend and you wouldn't know why unless you try them. They serve authentic Kerelite cuisine that's synonymous to awesomeness.
Ambience may put you off but trust us when we say, their cleanliness level is excellent.
A must according to us is the Sadhya and Fish Fry....omg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food for absolutely economic prices and trust me when i say this, the quantity is a lot for the prices given. The ambience is like your heyday Kerala restaurants and thus this places makes any malayali nostalgic, not just with the taste but the milieu as well given the very attentive staff. Come on Sundays for their tasty palada payasam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice place, reasonable and the quality of food is great, I had Kerala porota with chicken chettinadu , the curry was very very tasty, everything was prope and very well prepared, they have variety of Kerala dishes at a very reasonable price, it is located Near to CSTM railway station, just 10-15 mins walking. One of best restaurant which I have tasted. Hopefully everyone will love it. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the best malayali food amongst all the restaurant s in Mumbai that I have tried. The seafood here is the best you can get in Mumbai. Their Ela Sadhya is a classic and a must try. Only con is the convoluted route to reach, and the tiny seating. But that is to be expected of any restaurant in this area.

Rates are also very reasonable and service is very quick by polite staff.
Must try Chicken Sukha with Appam.
Just one small minor downfall is the small area which leads to small sitting space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel deluxe is one of the best hotels near colaba where we get authentic kerala food. Veg as well as non veg dish is served here. The way to the hotel is little daisy and the hotel looks congested inside. Apart from this, the quality and quantity of food is good.
The dishes are moderately priced. The average cost for a family of 04 adult would be around Rs 1200.
There is almost NO space for parking 4 wheeler in front / near the hotel being the road is congested.
