Worst service, i had to transfer my stuff from delhi to Bangalore, they took 16 days. They stopped lifting my call.. when i called from unknown number they told their truck is seized in Maharashtra RTO because of incomplete docs, now what was my mistake in that.. i will Suggest to better go with reputed movers even if you have to spent lil more, atleast your stuff will be secure and will get timely deliverd. Poor services. I wish there would have minus(-) ratings here. Edit: they have called me threatening to remove comment otherwise bill will get cancel.. just to tell you i am not afraid of you and i know the other comments must be fake thats why you called me and threatening.. Guys pls stay away from them..

We were robbed by Deluxe Cargo Packers & Movers, Dwarka Sector 26 On 25th Feb 2022, my friend Kathy and I shifted from our house in H Block Saket to Lado Sarai. We contacted Deluxe Cargo Packers & Movers — a marketing representative from the company, Mr. Ghanshyam, visited us to survey our place. On the day of the move, four people entered the house saying they were from the company — they did not have any ID on them to prove that they were from the company and neither did they have their uniforms on. They rushed into the house and made me and my friend show them the place. After we showed them the first floor of our house, we took them to the second floor (we had a duplex house). At this point I went to the washroom and my friend took them downstairs. However, one of the workers stayed back in the room and I found him standing near the cupboard suspiciously. I didn’t think much of it at the moment but once all the packing was done and we took my friend’s purse to take the money, we had set aside for the move; we realised 11,000 rupees was missing from her bag. The same bag that was taken from the cupboard, by the individual that I had earlier found alone in the room, and left on the bed. The packing of the things was done very shoddily. The workers didn’t bring their own tools to deinstall the bed and told us very candidly that they had forgotten it and my friend had to leave the lower floor (that she was supervising) of house to go and get a wrench from our house owner. Even after being reminded several times, they forgot to pack an entire suitcase from one of the lofts and left without even checking the house once. On the way to our new place my friend discovered that the money was missing and we panicked. My friend immediately called Mr. Ghanshyam and told him that there was money missing and that he needed to talk to his workers and figure it out. Moments later, all five workers barged into the house and the incharge person asked me what was stolen and complained that the office was calling him repeatedly. I told him that 11,000 rupees was missing. He immediately instructed all the men to take their clothes of, two of the four men removed their shirts and another one was about to remove his clothes when I had to stop them. It was embarrassing and terrifying in equal measures. My friend and I were very careful not to blame the workers for the money and spent the 26th making calls to our friends, family and helpers to find out if any of them had seen the money. On the 27th Feb, my friend and I called Mr. Ghansham and Mr. Pradeep, the operational incharge and made our case to them, stating all the facts in the matter and asked them to recover the lost money from their workers or refund us the money we had paid the company for the service. However, we received very hostile responses from operation incharge, Mr. Pradip and his supervisor who even tried to intimidate my friend saying they have our recordings, etc. Later in the day, once we had drafted this complaint, we sent it to Mr. Ghanshyam, who called us in a few minutes and asked us not to post this online and even said that he had spoken to the boys and that they had admitted to taking the money. He also asked us to wait for two more days to take any action and return the stolen money. We asked for the same in writing and he once again promised to give his statements in writing but has not done so yet and hence, we’re moving forward with this complaint. We would like to use this post as an opportunity to warn the people of Delhi and across the country of this company and their shady business practices. They are not women or pet friendly and are far from a professional service. Our experience with them was terrible and we’re filing a complaint with the Saket police regarding the matter and will send them legal notice shortly. We do not wish this for anyone and request everyone to be careful while selecting their packers and movers. Moving to a new place is stressful enough that you shouldn’t have to deal with a company that only adds to it.
