Charged me for insurance however did not help in any way when I informed that the sofa legs are damaged and few other things were missing. He expected me to understand these things happen while moving.
Also disabled the rating and review option to manage his company rating. I went though a lot of stress dealing with the owner. there is no escalation matrix available in this company.
It's a small scale provider with poor ethics.
If you are frustrated and say few things in frustration the owner Ajay made sure he responded to me in similar tone and language.
I will not recommend this service.
