I just wanted to open an account, coz Iβm from other sate and recently moved to JAIPUR, I had only rent agreement (Notary tested) for local address proof, but for other IDs I had Passport,Adhar card,Pan card and Voter ID
Still the lady who is charge(should give up if she donβt like her job) for opening account told me..βI canβt open your account I need electricity billβ and she told me rent agreement could be bogus or fake ..
In RBI guideline Rent agreement is Vaild document....
The worst part was, she told me, βI should try in other bank may be they will openβ
Thatβs DenaBankβs customer service
Well I tried in SBI they accept all my IDs and open new account ...
Denabank chiterkoot JAIPUR you guys need to be more professional with your clients
