Account Holder's have to visit the branch 2 or 3 times for the 5 minutes small work.!!
Illiterate people, Senier citizens and Women faces many difficulties.!!
The ATM is everytime out of order or no cash.!!
સ્ટાફ નું વર્તન ઘણું અતડુ.!!
ઘણીવાર તેઓ ખાતાધારક ને અવગણે છે.!!
તેઓ સાચી અને પૂરતી માહિતી ખાતાધારક ને આપવામાં રસ દાખવતા નથી.!!
૫ મિનિટ ના સામાન્ય કામ માટે ૨ થી ૩ ધક્કા ખાવા પડે છે.!!
અભણ માણસો, બુઝુર્ગ માણસો અને સ્ત્રીઓને ધણી હેરાનગતિ વેઠવી પડે છે.!!
એટીએમ દરેક વખતે બંધ અથવા તો પૈસા વગરનું જોવા મળે છે.!!
