β β β β β Not useful for those who applying learning licence driving licence online, by using self service on Sarathi dot nick.in website. Useful for only those who going through agents. Their offices are doing corruption. I request to concerned authority to look into this matter at the earliest and solve the problem which is useful for common people.

β β β β β Well, This place doesn't even deserve a single star, Less Sitting Space .Worst Atmosphere. And my God,they lose network connection every 4 hrs (based on my exp ;(.
The People who applied via RTO agents are given priority here. (Extra ? Required For Agents). People who applied Online and pay just 200 are given less priority and have to wait longer just for LL online test. People aren't advised where to visit for LL & DL application. No Enquiry Counter..... Nothing
No one would want to visit such a disguisting place unless he/she wants her license. Just a star for handful of public who help each other regarding any queries ;)

β β β β β I have applied online for Address change in my driving license on 07/10/2020 and also completed all the required procedure like documents uploaded and fee payment online, after this I have booked an appointment for related services online through slot booking options and got date of 08/01/2021 for document verification . On 08/01/2021 I visited RTO Ratnagiri to complete the remaining process, I have submitted the required documents on counter the staff person requested to get the documents verified and signed through RTO inspector but due to some kind of meeting the RTO inspector was not available in his cabin, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm I was wating outside of the cabin of the officer but he was still not arrived, I have booked appointment 3 months ago and after visiting on given date the Rto officer is not available in his office no one from rto was given right information when officer will be available, it was really frustrating, if he was in some kind of work RTO must inform or arrange another officer for the same work, not only me but there were many people wanting there work to be done, due to this reason my work was not completed and my appointment got canceled. How could the officer be such irresponsible for his duties now how could I complete my application who is responsible for my loss . This is not acceptable from RTO OFFICER

β β β β β No cooperation from management. It is difficult for the people who do the license process by themselves..It will be easy for whome they are doing process through Agent..I feel In RTO office need good guidance for the people that is missing...

β β β β β Very slow processing. It's frustrating to visit RTO office, if and only if you are submitting all your documents yourself (There is Only Agent Bazar). I am not blaming all officers, but The some officers will let you inform that, you need to come within 4-5 days in RTO office for sign of officer. This happened when I visit RTO office first time for Learning License. The most laughing thing is the officer refer you to do work from *Agent*.

#__clean area , has canteen in the same building,
#__if possible then confirm whether required officers available or not to save your time and money.
#__keep your behavior polite and be patient to get your work done.
##__handglows are compulsory due to covid norm (as of now in 2021)
updated suggestion::
if you have applied for learning licence online then check out list of the document for permanent licence when you go for learning licence document verification (which is in room no. 20)and try to know procedure (where to verify , when to go for test, etc.) of permanent licence /endorsement of licence ( in case addition of another class of vehicle to existing licence)etc..
*** because online document list don't provide you all required documents ***
Above suggestion is to avoid jumbling and to save time and energy on the driving-test day)
