★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this clinic since my childhood for my braces. Most of my family members have gotten their treatment also here.
1) service provided has been good but anyway expensive. Since the service has been good, didn't mind the cost.
2) Main doctor here is Dr. Nalini. There are a lot of other doctors for various treatments since Dr. Nalini doesn't handle all cases.
I want to share my recent experience here.
This is for my mother's root canal treatment.
1) we booked an appointment with doctor Roopa on phone to "discuss" about the treatment.
2) but apparently doctor thought the appointment was for the treatment.
But how? It's common knowledge these days that we need to take antibiotics or tablets 1/2 days prior to treatment.
No such information was given to us!
3) she started the treatment. She was looking for a nerve to inject Anastasia, but things went wrong and my mother had terrible pain all over the left side! She's had a ear surgery before on the same side!!
My mother is telling her the face is swollen and the doctor argued that it's not!
Outright unacceptable!! No pain killers, no medication was suggested!!!!
Extremely scary!!
We called Dr. Nalini later on and she suggested pain killers and said it's normal to have these!!
It's been 2 days and swelling on face is not reduced. Since the pain has disappeared I'm assuming there's nothing to worry about .
All I expected was some accountability and responsibility and an apology at least!! But got nothing.
Extremely disappointed. Hoping this review catches attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there for about 4-5 times over a period of 10 years and each time there is a different doctor. No one really sticks on for long time. Service is good, but their charges are not at all acceptable. They say an amount before treatment, when the bill comes, it's totally different. In my case it was double the amount mentioned previously. If questioned they have only one answer - the doctor knows the difference in treatment. When my bill came upto 4100, they rounded it to 4500. If asked, they said that why are you arguing for small amount. I don't feel 400 is small amount. They do not have proper treatment charge list and charge based on their mood
Will not go back for other treatments. Better go to a standard one where they have fixed charges and proper billing system.
