★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom is only interested in selling smartphones and they does not provide any customer service after that and they don't keep any stock of accessories like covers and backcases,they only keep the stock only when they launch a new phone that too 1 or 2 and after that we have to keep roaming around for genuine samsung cases in market and they don't redeem samsung points also then whats the use in giving us those points when we buy a new phone. when we call them they are arrogant and do not bring us with any accessories if we want also,they tell us to buy third-party accessories.very unsatisfactory service only interested in selling phones and sending whatsapp msgs when a new phone is going to launch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place at Basavanagudi to see & experience the Samsung Mobile phone but in the end I found & convinced & bought a new mobile phone.
I dnt remember the sales person name, he explained & gave all the details about the phone that helps me in buying ,after the sales he help me in transferring data form my old phone too .
The showroom was maintained very neat & coustemer friendly.
I recommend this showroom for people who are looking to buy SAMSUNG mobile phones & accessories.
