Since few days, nearly a month, I was after him and Dr. Ninad in his usual witty style & a smile used to knockdown my request by saying wait a little, my bad , lock down is on. He said unless stringent SOPs are in place and authorities allow it is not possible to see me. Then he consulted me over phone and it was quiet ok for some time. But then again after few days pain traveled from teeth to brain and nerves started blowing trumpets in my head and I went on looking for Ugesics and Keterol DTs. Some relief it was and like you receive a pleasant sms of bank credit I got call from Dr. Ninad, "Buddy you can visit my clinic." But wait, it was not over yet. I received a google form to fill, in which along with lot of self declarations it asked me do you have a temperature. Now where is thermometer? Nope i did not have thermometer at home. Then I asked my wife to just check it , just put your palm on my forehead do you feel temperature? No. Ok now on my neck, and she gave me a look like what this guy is up to at 11 am in the morning. Do you think I have a temperature? Oh, not at all she whispered and I happily typed NO. Then came the instructions form. Brush your teeth and take bath before you visit. Come straight to clinic etc etc. I said Yes Yes, I will do everything, nahi kiya toh wapas bhej dega na. Next I was standing below Dental Concepts building for clearance to come up, no touching gate, take steps and quickly slide in, that was the instruction. Finally I was inside that white n cool reception and a lady ready and waiting for me with hand sanitizer, cap, foot covers and gloves. And he arrived, like a warrior with all his protection gear on and a wide smile inside. He looked like a Bhagvan Krishna ready for rescue. Dr. Ninad, Dr. Mitali and Tai were at service and I was the only patient. Off course they had made it sure that only one patient visits the clinic at a time. I again signed a consent form and finally Doc took over. In flat 20 minutes he did magic with my pain and smile was on my face. I cannot thank enough Dr. Ninad and his team at Dental Concepts for being available with taking utmost precautions and treating with care. I realised how much risk they are taking just for humanity. Visit to dental concepts was an experience of how a dedicated team follows all SOPs and serves patients. They are now open only for emergency & urgent dental care. It is absolutely safe to visit them is my personal experience with all the precautions taken according to present Covid protocol Thanks a lot Team Dental Concepts again.

Personally, any visit to Dental concepts does not feel like visit to a doctor but it is more like visiting our family friends. We look forward to these check-ups, we relax, unwind, crack a few jokes and have an added advantage of getting our teeth thoroughly examined. I have been visiting dental concepts for over a decade. Dr Preeti and Dr Prabhudesai are such gentle human beings. I never felt as if I was there for a dental procedure. I am totally relaxed as if in a spa. My friends wud alwys complain abt their painful root canal experience and i tell them abt Dr Preeti and her amazingly skilled RCT. Dr Ninad keeps me in splits.
