★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is excellent experience .. Except experience when it comes to payment part... This is my second or third visit in a year credit card never been excepted always have a reason for the same... Its only debit card or cash clearly.
Paytm is not a option thou scanner board is kept no Paytm number to transfer the amount .scanner doesn't accept Paytm. if one has upi or Google pay good luck with that May be hoping that might work it didn't work for me.
So only option everytime is forced to pay by cash.or there is ATM ground floor go down draw go up make a payment n get done with work..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I did like to thank Vidya madam, for her professional customer care in the service, she was very greet full and immediately took to her work and within few mins I was taken to the xray room and the doctor too was very professional and polite. And I did get the DVD within 15min. Over all great quality and great service. Will surly refer anyone who wants a scan to your place. And keep up the great work. Kudos to you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service!! Super unprofessional staff!! I called them and asked them about their timings these guys told me I can be at the center anytime during their working hours! I reached the center and the doctor was unavailable! I asked the receptionist when will the doctor come she told me I will have to wait for 30 mins. I told the receptionist very specifically that I am accompanied by my 1 year old baby! I called them after 40 mins she told me that I will have to wait for another 30 mins! So now during these COVID times visit them at your own risk. I really wish in future Google starts negative rating as I would like to give them negative rating for their unprofessional and non caring attitude!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The lab is setup in an excellent location for reach-ability.
2. It is setup in a very spacious floor with a pleasant interiors to feel comfortable and no rush.
3. Appointed qualified radiologists and the other support staff.
4. However, I see their prices appear slightly on the higher side. Convenience is the key here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick response from them when I called. I didn't wait at all after I reached, the receptionist took down my details and lead to me to the scan room. Scan was done in 2 minutes and the x-ray handed out to me while exiting. Which is super fast, easy and convenient. The soft copy also was mailed to me immediately while I was in the premises itself. Definitely recommend this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Despite taking appointment, kept us waiting for more than 40 mins. Had to wait with my senior citizen father for 5 mins X-ray. Apart from that it is clean, hygienic, reception etc is good. No parking nearby.
