★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All process is online. From LL to permanent DL.
LL - After completing online application + fee + test date booking, reach on main gate for document verification and wait in line at your counter. Photo and Biometrics are captured.
Then computer test is done for LL and if pass, LL is issued in an hour after the test.
Same process start again for DL!!
Online appointment is usually booked for 40 days ahead. So plan well in advance.
Driving test is tough for both 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler, so practice well as per the field in pics.
Also, important is, no vehicle is present there. You have to bring both the vehicles on your own!
Red L should be present on both sides.
Side Mirror is must for 2 wheeler (atleast one).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sincere advice - DO NOT GO HERE! Get your license from anywhere else in the world, but not here.
After a successful run at Sheikh Sarai, the RTO office for South Delhi shifted it's location to a newer facility in Sarai Kale Khan. The service here is as expected in a government department,but the facilities provided in house are complete. You do not have to step anywhere outside in order to do any work that you might require.
The driving test is an obsolete one and 80% of the users won't even pass after the 3 rd attempt. Just another way of making money. Nothing else!

--I request to you take appointment online from your home, I was meet a uncle who was come there only for taking appointment, some people have not knowledge that they can do mostly all work by online ?.
--Look at your appointment letter ? their is mention date and time so come in time.
--Best of Luck for your License.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah dont bother giving the test unless you know how to drive in reverse better than going forward. Went there for my wife's test and these guys failed 90-95% of the applicants that day.
