★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services provided by the Sarai Kale Khan backend office is really poor. I have applied for the renewal, change of address and name change in the driving license since then I am trying to get the contact number of the office to talk to someone to check the status as online it is asking for the documents again and again even though I have submitted the documents. It would be of great help if someone can provide the contact number of the Sarai Kale Khan RTO office. Landline numbers no one picks up. I tried getting support by calling at 1076 but they were also not able to provide any details / support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The application process is completely online although the site is not very user friendly. You just have to visit the office for the tests.
Went for the driving license test but failed.
The driving license test consisted of four parts -
1. Reverse the car - 120 seconds
2. Make a 8 on the track - 60 seconds
3. Park parallel in reverse - 90 seconds
4. Stop on the inclination on the way up for 5 seconds and then resume again without the vehicle slipping backwards. - 30 seconds
All these had to be done without hitting the tracks and within mentioned time limit.
I failed the test as I took more time in reversing the car ( took 25 seconds extra), rest everything was fine.
But no worries, will watch Ford vs Ferrari on Hotstar and appear again next week!

I have applied online for NOC of my car, afte 7 days i got a msg to reupload form 28 with chasis number. than i again re uploaded it, than after days a i got msg to contact rto in person. even after applying for 35days, nothing has been done so far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experiance and the attitude of that guys have very uppar level like arvind kejriwal. No one think and know about public dealing and services eveeyone sitting here like a chief manister of delhi. and security of this place have next level and using abuse words to me

As many people have the same kind of problem and mine also covers under that. So to help them and myself as well. I've visited that place and they have same answers to wait and see if the status changes
I'm attaching 2 photos along as they've asked me and it says the same to mail them and know why it's been a delay for such simple thing as the documents have been duly submitted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep asking you to go from one counter to another. The staff sitting at counter no. 10 was rude at times. Really showed low patience level while dealing with queries. Although the other staff was friendly and cooperative and that's the reason I'm not giving it just 1 star
