★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to IGL sarai kale khan to fill cng tank they take half and hour to fill cng I talk the manage why your staff not working ? manage said shortage of staff due to cover 19 .How delhi is unlock but why are you not taking staff then manager was not having answer

They are robbing there customers. On 4-Dec-2021 I made the card payment and I checked that they are charging correct amount or not and the same amount was deducted from my bank account. But after 3 days I got the msg that 10 rupee deducted from my bank account as "tip" to sarai kale khan CNG pump which was not asked by me to add while doing the payment. If I'm doing additional payment as "tip", it should be get deducted at the time of payment only but it got deducted after 3 day. CNG pump owner doing fraud with there customers. Please careful next time and don't pay through card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude attendant. They switch lane for front fitted CNG filling and Factory/Car manufacturer fitted CNG (Back near petrol) as per their convience. There's no proper direction or instructions for them. I wasted 40 mins in one CNG lane. When my turn came. Shameless attendant refused to fill my car saying it's maruti fitted CNG car. It's filling tank is at back & this lane is for 3rd party fitted front filling.
