Like any other corporate, at the apex level is the HPCL Board of Directors (The Board). The Board has constituted several sub-committees, such as the Committee of Functional Directors (CFD), the Audit Committee, the Investment Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Investor Grievance Committee and CSR and Sustainability Development Committee. The composition of these Committees is given in this Report. The meetings of these committees are convened on need basis and minutes of these meetings are placed for information of the Board. Majority of the members of the Committees except the CFD are Independent Non-Executive or Government nominated Directors with the Whole Time Directors playing a facilitating role.
The Corporation has constituted an Executive Council comprising of Chairman & Managing Director, the Functional Directors and the SBU Heads of the Corporation. This council discusses important issues concerning the organization, analyses the same and recommend the ‘way forward’ in respect of matters discussed. Emphasis is laid on team approach, mutual support of functions and joint deliberations on issues by the council which has enhanced further the decision making process. It has thus facilitated an integrated thinking process and an aligned approach across the Corporation for achieving the Corporate Vision and each one of the aspirational aspects contained in the Vision Statement.

β β β β β This Indian Oil petrol pump is situated near Jangpura metro station and also sells CNG. All major credit/ dabit cards, PayTM and UPI transactions are accepted here. The place is on main road and you can see it just after crossing under Barapulla bridge. Public toilet is also clean here.

β β β β β The pump is ok , for filling nitrogen and doing pollution checks.
I had a bad experience with the fuel once , the guy filling the petrol tried to dupe me with the standard cut at 200 when i had asked him to do a full tank and then starting without resetting the counter and trying to charge me the 200+remaining amount on my card. Luckily i knew about this scam and caught him . The guys remained defiant and acted as if they didnt know what happened but did indeed agree to take the actual amount in the end. I have since avoided this pump .

β β β β β The lady at the diesel disbursal.....without asking fed the costly Turbo Diesel in the car to make more money.....they should clearly ask the customer to do this beforehand.....and nobody wanted to clean the glass on the cars.....washroom entrance was flooded with water!!!

β β β β β Today I went to this petrol pump for petrol refilling. Before proceeding I would like to mention that I am regular and loyal customer of this filling station. I requested the attendant for filling normal petrol of Rs.1000.00
When I got out of my car the attendant one lady asked me to check zero reading in the reading of petrol pump but by the time I could see it the attendant started filling and by this time the meter reading was more than two litres of petrol. On seeking help of the so called manager of pump I was told that the attendant is sorry but a before yeaterday also I got my other car filled and I could experience that petrol filled up was less from the indicator of my car.
Although I paid the bill for the quantity of petrol as told by Manager Γ nd attendant but I feel cheated by about two litres of petΕol. The management of this service station should take immediate steps to stop this kind of cheating. Otherwise I may have to approach next authority.
