★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My work was done ✅ but this office still need to upgrade everywhere so much files, all the work mostly they are doing it manually but I have done my application online and went submitted the documents so for me there was no hassle. If you are coming from Punjabi Bagh to NSP you need to take you turn it is behind the bus stand and DTC Bus Depot. There is washroom facilities is available. That would be great if they can upgrade into construction wise it will give you typically old government offices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office staff is not help full. No mode of contact is available here like contact number. I filed online application for ownership transfer and now it's been 21 days but application has not been verified and approved yet. And agent outside authority promise to get new RC within 7 days and charge 3500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any other government office, this is also very badly managed, few of the staff members are helpful but others are like who sent you to my desk, why are you here and they don't even try to look at your documents.
Nobody provides clear information in a single conversation.
The office is full of files kept everywhere very badly arranged.

Your government departments' red tape perception will change here as these people work quite professionally as a private organisation.
It took just 10 minutes to complete my work.
I would love to visit here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Rc was returned to the RTO due to some reason. So when i reached the RTO to collect my RC it took less than 5mins to again collect my RC from the RTO. Very professional cooperative and helping staff . Well managed office (although some renovation was going on). But impressed with the working of the staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a young clerk there who behaved like a mor@n. I travelled 20kms to get my RC from this place and since i reached there at 3pm the moro@n turned me down and asked to come before 10:00am. Told he is busy with other stuffs. Then when i came there on the next week again he checked it in 5 minutes and told it is not there.
These useless mor@ns should understand they are living off people's money and not the otherway around. They should understand it is their duty to serve people and show some gratitude for the tax money looted from people. Why show this much attitude when you are just a pond sc@m in a decorated office?
