★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow work at the counters as expected from a government office . Social distancing and other covid safety measures are also not being followed for ex: I was asked to remove my mask for the photo,but I was made to sit in front of all other people standing there.

Appointments are not adhered as per timings..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official place to get your driving licence but make sure to get all your documents otherwise you have to roam around to get documents as there is no official printout shop near by ,though you can found some cars in 100 metre radius and there charges are also expensive so rather get all your documents from your home only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is so much corruption in the authority. The person who is incharge of transferring the rc is so corrupted that he make excuses to not do work. He keeps on pointing baseless points in your application. And if you approach him through a tout then only he will do your work.
The best line i heard from him is.. "ap samjhdar ho.. apko samjhane ki jarurat nahi honi chaiye ki kaam kaise hoga apna."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is central. staff is good but still sometimes it is quite time consuming to get the things done as the queues are very long. it does help to know someone in the staff to get the things done expeditiously. there are the intermediaries who are also discreetly active. the head of the office is mostly too busy to give personal attention to those that have some grievance. for senior citizens there is no special treatment or preferential service given here. overall things are better due to computerisation but the slow internet can be big irritant as a lot of time is consumed in getting small things done. me a senior citizen somehow could get my license renewed without much hassle though it was time consuming. lot of garbage is littered around this office and needs better management of cleanliness and hygiene of the area both inside and outside the offices here.
