★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find lot of improvement wrt infrastructure of the office. Would request the authorities to put some signing desks as well so that after getting the pictures clicked when one has to sign the documents it’s a pain area leftover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly efficient & fast. One morning I went for my son's learner's driving licence. The formalities took half an hour and in the afternoon the licence received by e-mail. After a month he went there to get the regular licence. Again the formalities & driving test in a nearby place was all done in an hour and the regular licence received the same afternoon. The plastic card license also arrived in a week. There are 2-3 young guys manning the counters who talk funny in Hariyanvi accent but they know their job & super efficient.
Changes, updation in Aadhar are also done here and I got done in minutes. Happy to experience a Govt office working with such efficiency and speed. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst all the chaos the place works,even though the token system does not work neither on display or in spirit and it's kinda free for all. Don't rely completely on the online application as their is some amount of offline stuff to be don't..online forms are not updated so must carry adhar card and any other address proof,copies of all documents even those not asked for in online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The less I say about this place, the better for my mental health. Just posting this to inform folks that if you pay for any of the charges like for driving license using a credit card, you would be charged the mdr fees of around 2.2% silently. Which means that you would be paying more than what it shows you at the time of transaction. Just a FYI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my expired New Delhi driver's licence here, simple process, print and fill the form from the RTO website, attach two address proofs.
They check the form and documents first, if everything is in order, you go further and complete the application formalities, incl. getting your photo taken.
Payment is accepted via card only!
Parking is paid at Rs. 40, you pay only once for the day, even if you return later.
Exactly one week later the licence arrived via Speed post.
Excellent experience, no hassles, no wait times, professional behaviour by the staff!
