★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For driving license, they have made compulsory driving school training certificate. I am not sure it is mentioned anywhere in website about this requirement. When i reached there, came to know of this new rule, also they had few other new requirements which are not mentioned anywhere. Instead of making processes smooth, they are making it more complex.
