★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a negative rating if possible. Here i am sharing my second day experience. As I purchased a new car and was not much pro in driving so I hired a driver from them. As my vehicle was brand new and keeping in view the pandemic situation I refused to let the driver keep car keys while I work at my office, the driver and the owner of the agency got furious. The owner started harassing me at call to not have terms and conditions and that the driver only will keep the car keys. The very first day I had trusted the driver and left keys with him but I found him using mobile charging point for the whole day and lying in the driver seat. A brand new vehicle worth Rs. 8 lakes is not for driver.
After all this the driver himself asked to settle his salary for two days. When I agreed the owner of the agency harassed me on call and asked to pay for 15 days. Which I clearly refused. I told I will pay only for two days as you had not told about your terms and conditions earlier.
Lesson learnt do not trust online agencies. These are literally cheaters.
