Went for removal of Hire Purchase from vehcile and also name correction (spelling error correction)
Person sitting at counter 11 was watching YouTube video at 9:45am .when asked about HP clearance, he said something briefly and routed us to information kiosk.
Information kiosk guy sent us back to him for name correction query. He said i have already replied and everything is available online and advised us to check online.
(If we are supposed to check everything online , then what's the use of opening an office physically and wasting the govt resources)
Finally we resorted to the old method of finding agents to get the work done (who are just outside the gate waiting to harp on). once u agree to rates post little bargaining, they will take you to 500 mtrs away from gate below metro line where all the agents are sitting with laptops and printers.
For Removal of Hire-Purchase from RC, we paid 700 bucks (230 fees and rest to agent), Process -
1) Agent fills online application, pays fees, prints the documents, then takes our original bank NOC, Form 35, RC, Insurance copy, PUC copy etc and put it in an envelope.
2) Agent went inside the authority and got our request/application verified from babu.
3) Asked us to speedpost the envelope to the transport authority.
4) RC will come in 30 days via speed post
We couldn't get the name change done that day as agents told us it's a lengthy process.
Overall pathetic experience for such a small work (wasted almost 3 hours)
Advice: If you have limited time, please connect with the agents in the first go itself. Don't waste your time with babus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The RTO have no rule and regulation.if u applied anything online like RC transfer ,Addresse change,Hypothecation termination they delay for customer because after delaying by RTo u approach the RTO then the game begins of ur harassment for approaching the agents.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kejriwal cannot change peoples attitude towards work.. DTO Office starts at 8.00 AM but employees arriving at different times like 9, 9.30, 10... Etc..
Kejriwal ki dilli fail hai...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good government office. everything is well arranged by the authority. The staffs and DTO are very cooperative and responding. Got my work done on time without any hassle. Hope they will continue to serve public in the same rhythms so that public can get their tasks done with ease. Liked it. Shall appreciate the spirit of government staffs and keep up the spirit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. Superb Entrance for the visitors. Nothing Could be done without bribe here. I asked them to remove the challan from the website, they said it will take atleast 7 days coz they are busy with some other stuff. Then they ask for bribe post that they have removed the challan within 10 Minutes.
Thanks to Delhi Govt & Mr. Arvind kejriwal.
