I was in a dual mind whether to demolish or to renovate my clinic. Mr Mahantesh gave a very valuable advice of maintaining the structure and renovating it as per our requirements. We had read good reviews about Design Thoughts on the Internet and were impressed with the design of some of its already executed projects. Once we spoke to Mahantesh on our requirements, we got a very good first hand information of the construction process and a credible ETA for the completion of the project which aligned with our expectations. Services we went with are Architecture Services and Project Management (including Contractor Finalization). We liked Architecture Services and Project Management services. Mahantesh is calm and customer friendly. He listens to the customer requirements carefully and wherever feasible tries to accommodate those requirements and also explains in simple terms wherever it's not feasible and does not often get into the technical jargons with the customers. His team is professional and gets the changes in-corporated taking all the points into consideration. Mahantesh's Project Management skills are worth mentioning. He has total control of the project and has all the right contacts in the construction industry to get the job done. He is very professional and provided excellent support in the whole project life-cycle and especially toward the end of the project by personally visiting the site quite regularly and overseeing the progress. We were happy with the services and would like to mention two points: a) Excellent Design Inputs: Every small detail was discussed in detail and made sure the best possible design was churned out taking into consideration all stake-holders, thereby utilizing the space effectively and also fitting in several WOW!! factors in the design (The Increased ceiling height, Deck Design, Library Design, skylight, Staircase design, to name a few). b) Project Management: I think the project consultancy support overall and especially during the end of the project, was very helpful to meet our commitment dates, implementing all the features we wanted to get done before house-warming. Without Mahantesh's consistent support, it wouldn't have been possible to complete the house with intended features on the committed date. The main reason to recommend Design Thoughts would be the Quality of work and service that Mahantesh and team brings into the entire construction process and affordability (Competitive price compared to other Architectural services available). Also worth mentioning are Mahantesh's customer friendly attitude along with his control over the Project Management. Last but not the least is the civil work done by engineer Mr.Shashidhar.His timely inputs,execution of project and meeting the deadline is most appreciable.He is very accommodative and implements changes in no time.Mr.Mahantesh and Mr.Shashidhar make up a great team to work with.
