β β β β β Just pathetic...only word I have. They will show you a readymade nice furniture available in shop. But the actual product delivered will literally give you feel of second hand furniture. Absolutely no finishing, sharp edges, broken knobs, no polishing, broken sunmica. Drawers and door of dressing table were extremely rough to open. Lower edges of door were rubbing against drawer while opening. They somehow tried to rectify repair, but absolute waste of money.

β β β β β Pathetic Customer service. Gave me a discount and sent damaged chair, on asking for a repair he responded illogically and nonsensical that I should go to his shop taking the damaged chair which is not even possible to take in my car. I bought 6 chairs from him for my office but I guess only 1 faulty chair is sufficient to damage the shops reputation. On phone call he even points out that my house flooring is not level because of which his chair seems to be damaged.
