Firstly delivered an incomplete product and then asking for full payment without which they won't deliver the repaired product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me they are making teak wood furniture. Instead I’m stuck with plywood with teakfinish polish. Never attended to any complaints post sales. Request everyone to never shop from this place all they care about is money and not quality of the product as they promise.

The Quality of the furniture is pathetic! They will ask for 100% payment in advance... please for god sake do not pay them even a penny...they are cheaters. We were promised delivery of Furniture within 15 days..however after repatedly following with one of their Salesman(Some guy Known as Saddam) we got delivery after 45 days..If we called to follow up with Saddam about furniture, either he wont answer the phone or would be extremely abusive....The tone they use while selling a furniture is way different then the one they use after receiving payment.
Now lets talk about quality of furniture, the hinges are broken, ply is torned away...the quality of glue used was extremely pathetic..all they promised before receiving the payment was hoax..they degrade the product quality like anything post payment.
If u ask for repairs or ask them to deliver what they promised they would ask extra money(far more than actual costing)
I will never recommend Fine furniture to anyone..if you are reading this review before placing an order..i request do not repeat the same mistake which i did!
