Very nice travel agency i recently booked Canada,Toronto trip they guided me every time I needed and they told me not to worry about anything and it was literally my best trip ever in my whole life not gonna lie I recommend this travel agency ???????

I had booked the Char Dham package. They didn't provide me the tickets for chopper to Kedarnath and till the last moment they said that they will send it. They gave us hotels before the place which we had to reach just to increase the no. of days in the package. Also, the hotels provide was pathetic with no proper aminities and facilities. In BADRINATH when we reached the hotel CYC Resort, the hotel people said that we didn't have a booking with them but the agency had sent us the voucher of booking. Nothing was good except the driver. Travel agents are meant to help us but they made our journey tough. Please don't let them make a fool of you.

I had booked Bali trip with them. Sonia is the one who was dealing with us. She knows how to butter someone and fool a person. I had asked for some modifications in itinerary provided by them , and all was discussed verbally , i had requested Sonia to share the final itinerary , but she said she will give soon , and had to follow up for days to get the itinerary , but everytime Sonia used to say aap chinta mat karo , main bhej dungi...and the final itinerary was shared after 2 months that too after lot of follow ups. As per itinerary , there was a trip of Jungle safari , but when the final payment was made and vouchers were shared with me , the same was not offered. When i spoke to Sonia , she said that the safari is closed due to some mishappening and local vendor of their is not providing the same to us. But when after reaching Bali , we enquired about the same from the local vendor , she did not mention anything about mishappening and said everything is fine and Safari is open. Also , when we reached bali , we were given a room with 2 seperate beds , when we asked Sonia about this she started shouting and said that it is not her duty to check whether hotel is giving seperate beds or one single bed. Also , the itinerary that was shared with us was diffrent than the itinerary shared with their local vendor , and vendor was doing all the things on their own. Vendor saod that she is working as per the itinerary shared by destination holidays. Also , one hotel that was at some other location , was a pathetic hotel and was at a very isolated place that you cant even think of going out of the hotel in the night. And local taxi driver informed us that not many tourists stay in this hotel due to its location. I had booked through other travel agents in the past and has never faced these type of issues with any other travel agent Destination holidays is totally messed up travel agency and doesnt care about customer satisfaction. Pls do not book through this agency. They will ruin your trip. Lokesh who has given 5 stars in this review is the owner of this agency and has given a fake review. Giving one star as there is no option of giving Zero stars or negative ratings. They had totally ruinedy trip.

This is the first time I have used travel agency to plan my trip and I had amazing experience. My trip was to Thailand and I didn't had to worry about anything. The resort booked was awesome and everything was well handled and scheduled by the travel agency. I will recommend this agency.

I had booked Delhi to Ethopia flight from Sonia. She is very polite, helpful and professional. When some people got stuck in Ethopia during immigration she herself called me and suggested me that I should not go and she said that she will refund my payment. She is awesome and I highly recommend her to all.

Most unethical person - Harpreet and Company I have seen ever. I booked my travel with this company and they actually have eaten 40% of it even when everything was refunded by airline. I am still following up from the last two months and no response.
