β β β β β Heard lot about them and when I was given a complementary car detailing laser paint correction demo on my Jaguar xfs I was stunned
They are simply amazing ,my car was full of swirls and scratches but they just made me go crazy
I have booked the service and waiting for my new beast to come back.
A must visit place for car magic

β β β β β I am not only here to complaint against you. Review telling about your service.The owner have no time to talk properly. Need to learn first how to talk with customers. This owener conversation have to in social media. Owner use bad language over the phone conversation. Do not visit here. (3M CAR CARE IS MUCH BETTER , CEREMIC COTING PRO is far better)

β β β β β I had a smooth transaction with detailing monster for ceramic coating my car. The owner explained the details and finished the work on time: the car came back with all swirl marks gone and shining. I am satisfied. He also explained all the details of taking care of the coating.

β β β β β I called them on Sunday 25th July, 2021 @4.36 pm and they told me it's holiday for them so didn't entertain me. I have no hard feelings for them but they lost a potential customer as we working people mostly go out for this kind of work on either Saturday or Sunday. So it's just mere mismatch of our timings. I hope they would understand customer first concept

β β β β β The worst, I'm no paid to comment here like the rest of the 5stars reviews.
I went there to do washing and polishing of my swift desire. They told me it will cost 2600 bucks for the thing.
They won't give a receipt for that, but I'm okay with it cause I want none.
The next thing is, they don't have the means to pressure wash the car from below.
They forgot to do the dashboard polishing. Which I reminded them cause I stood there for 2hrs and saw what they're doing.
The vaccum was horrible.
All in all, I can say you can get a much better quality in a car wash besides any petrol pump at 500bucks than this hell of a place.

β β β β β They are very professional. What I could see was they work max with luxury cars like audi bmw merc. You may find it a bit expensive but they do provide the service worth that amount. They use everything original. I really liked their service.

True. 1 star review is given for the customer handling over phone.
"We received your call and informed you about the availability of service.Your further queries were what we do in Interior and exterior cleaning so please note these are not the queries to be resolved over calls"
I have gone through your website I beleive last time you have updated ur website on sep,2020 . So I am kind of confuse what's the mode of communication is prefered to know the details of the service offered.Hence I called .I beleive it is genuine ask to know the tariff and service details you offer before taking the service .

I beleive most of the places people claiming as premium , call their customer to know the reason why 1 star review was given . How they could do better to satify their customers.Hence I can really feel the premiumness from your rude behaviour.

That's a genuine ask . If you use cheap materials and cause damage in my brand new car's color . Are you going to pay for it. As I haven't seen that in your "premium service" you have mentioned any kind of insurance for such kind of damage.

you have damn good customer acquisation skill :) . I have asked few simple questions such as whether you do interior cleaning or not . what are things you gonna taken care in exterior service.If your privacy policy is barring you to provide me details of the service you gonna provide then next time onwards you should ask your customers to sign privacy consent letter .
