★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in Moshi,pimpri-Chinchwad.This society is very good location.This apartment is famous in Moshi Sec.11.its near the Tata Moter Car plant.its opposite side Tulsi acarde Apartment.its place is under spine Road flyover bridge chowk. 2minutes walking away around Gold Gym and status mithas restaurant.Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good society to live with family, especially if you work in TATA Motors it's just hardly 1 to 2 kms till Main gate. Safe to live, watchman guarding 24X7, CCTV camera, live and active society members. Society has garden & Ganpati temple which makes your morning beautiful. The society is beside of company and bosari MIDC road because of which heavy vehicles building which nearby road there residents hear lots of noise of vehicle at night as there is speed breaker vehicle braking noise also comes very often. Connectivity become issue if you are not having any vehicle for travel. You might need to wait for long period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dev city is situated beside the flyover at chinchwad chowk of PUNE city the dev city is surrounded with boundrywal with 24/7 security guard for the Residence the evening are more beautiful as evening just outside of the society a small chaupati kund of market get ready you can get variety of street foods available to have fun n taste like bhelpuri, pavbhaji, even golguppa and panipuri are there some if the indian Traditioal snacks having mouthwatering memories will remain unforgetable Dev city PUNE

Good layout of buildings, ample amount of space for car and bike parking, seperate visitor parking, small yet specious garden,etc are some of the specialities of society. Whole area is under CCTV surveillance and has got good amount of other security related features as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mygate app. Covid protection done. Sanitization, temperature check, allowed after approval from resident. enough parking space. Easy access to nearby schools, shopping etc, yet peaceful location.
