As I live close by, I personally visited the construction site often to check the quality. The building quality is very good. They used Rajahmundry bricks, Vishaka steel and other premium materials as per original specifications . Over all very satisfied with the final output. Great job Devaalaya and team. Special thanks to Apparao and Kumar who work on site. They are very helpful in answering all my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my flat in the year 2017. The construction got delayed because of non availability of construction materials and covid pandemic. Due to delay they provided me interest for the money I paid in advance. According to my sale agreement they should provide me rent if the project gets delayed. I received rent for every month until I got the possession letter. Very good people. They delivered what they promised.
