★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat here in 2018.But do not get regular update.Due to corona construction is delayed. No update on club house construction. No process of regular construction update to customer.I have booked after good review about Develoke group but now I can find that the group is not professional as far customer update and Status.Hope everything falls in place and we get the opportunity to stay in the complex.

1/ The entire surrending of the locality.
2/ There is an only one road that leads to the project. If at any point of time the "Kamalgazi-Sonarpur" road gets chocked due to any unforeseen incident, then the exit from the project will always be a challenge. Moreover, there is no possibility of any other road which may or will come up in the near future.
3 The additional charges are unrealistic,unreasonable & abnormal.
4/ Just a couple of decades ago, buying a home was considered as one of the first priorities, and it used to be a tough task too. Most homebuyers cared primarily about having a roof over their families’ heads & other important considerations were about the location and the safety of the residence. However, things have radically changed over the years. Now, several other factors are considered important while purchasing a property. Accessibility of markets in the
catchment, hospitals, workplaces and schools, availability of green areas and play areas in the vicinity, modern facilities like gym, clubs, stadium & swimming pools, construction quality & design, services etc influence the decision of the home buyers, even if it means paying extra for it. "BUT NONE IS AVAILABLE IN THIS PROJECT".
