★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst peaple. Took our 25000/- as a booking amount. But when we cancel the booking they are not ready to refund us our money. Harassing us for 1 year. Don't know what to do with this people. They are a big fraud. Peaple who worked there are too arrogant and rude. We are fade up with this people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you deal with Rajwada be prepared to face headaches. They don’t understand customer delight or satisfaction. Big talks only , be their brochure or sales reps. Quality? It’s just ok.
Only pros, atleast for me was that they were bit considerate in giving me a small discount for a project which was ready to move since the project where I originally invested (royal gardens) was going no where. In 4 years they hardly completed 25% work.
But I was forced to buy it else I was wasting money on interest and had I cancelled would have to part with hefty sums, I should have waited till their commitment period with extension , then they would have to pay penalty. Anyways the objective for me was to get an apartment. But paying for 1510 sqft and getting only 924 sqft, is a loss in itself. And they had all the explanations to give. Delaying things is in their gene, be it projects or paying money. In short not a happy customer of this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a flat on rent in Rajwada Royal Garden,as a tenant my experience is really very very bad,I was paying 16k per month but the maintenance is really poor,moreover ,I was bullied by the site supervisor.No electric meter was installed ,and electricity is provided by the promoter and was billed by a submeter.My agreement is ending,I have not received a clear illustration of consumed unit.The owner is asking me to pay an amount as electric bill , without providing me the bill .I had already paid electric bill,but didn't receive any receipt
No security facility,my jewelry and mobile was stolen by the caregiver,aaya and she managed to get away, without been noticed,utter wastage of money
