★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked a flat at iland,keeping the reputation of merlin in mind .bt having a very bad experience..officials r so unprofessional that i had nightmares to get anything done..now i am struggling to get the certified copy of deed...even the govt sector is better than merlin office. same applies to project also...amenities r not as promised..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently undergoing a pathetic experience trying to get my apartment registered! They confirm on a date once, I applied for a leave at my job, and then out of the blue they cancelled it. I somehow cancelled my leave and setup a different time. I asked them to confirm this time without fail. They said its final for sure. Now out of the blue, they have said that a payment is pending, which I have done promptly! However, the person handling Registration is still saying that he is not sure about the Registration tomorrow! This is the height of unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is good ..but there is no parking facilities for visitors. If they park in the neighborhood premises of Merlin only, they have to pay the parking charges no matter if you are visiting for the Developer's purpose or for personal work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice place , located in prime area, just opposite Navina Cinema Hall, Prince Anwar Shah Road, South Kolkata, the office is very beautiful, neat and clean, well maintained. There employees are very lucky to work in such beautiful office
