Since they are the one oand only driving school around tollygunge they have created an absolute monopoly and do not shy away from misusing it... Had an extremely traumatic training with this motor school a big fat NO for beginners who are learning to drive and seek confidence in driving

The office person is un-professional,very rude, doesn't know how to talk properly with customers,since there is no other driving school in the area they are misusing their work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took their training in Feb 2021 and my trainer, Bikash is an extremely uncivilized, greedy person. This is not a safe place for women. He kept asking me about my age, marital status and family income. He also extracted money from me for random reasons, he took a total of 1100₹. Although he was punctual and had door to door service, i will not recommend this place to anyone again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit skeptical about getting admitted to this driving school as the rating was very poor. However this is a good driving school. Good instructors and good car as well. punctual about class timings.
I would recommend people living in a radius of 5km to Anwer Shah to get admitted here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bikash as the training instructor. My god that guy sucked he kept asking for "guru dakshina" of Rs. 551 repeatedly. He kept shouting and screaming instead of teaching. As if he is doing me a favour out of his own money teaching me how to drive and not to forget, he never forgot to talk s*it about womens bodies after they left the class for that day....

Hundreds of people rated them below average. There are other motor training schools in Kolkata who have 4+ stars rating. They may charge you more but they will always guide you. Please spend your money wisely. This motor training school is not worthy of your time and money.
High-level:
1. Trainers might be good drivers themselves. They are not good trainers. You can not drive your own car just after getting trained by these trainers. They will ask for "Guru Dakshina" on your first & last day of training.
2. Office Admin/owner/back office staff -- Unprofessional to the infinity.
Low-level:
The behavior and conduct are bad. Example: They will not receive your phone until they want to.
They will not provide clear picture on the step by step formalities. Example: They will not provide you the original Learner License. Even they will not guide you if you want to schedule the vehicle test by yourself. Once you reach the RTO, you will be informed that without original Learner License & motor school's vehicle they won't allow you for the exam even though it is printed in the scheduled doc that you can bring your own car. When you call motor school they will misbehave and will not provide you the original Learner License until you agree that you will go through them.
These points are not made up, we faced all these and tried to share so that no other person has to go through the same path as we did.
This seems to be some kind of evil syndicate has been crawling around us. We can avoid them by not choosing them.
