Dr. Shetty is one of the most experienced doctor available in Bangalore and performed my surgery flawlessly. The result is 100% accurate and also all the services available at Devi Eye hospital are the best. Thanks for changing my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Unprofessional team, horrible service. They are just collecting money, & not giving any information. I went for Lasik, doctor told to come after 10 days bcz he & his technician wasn’t available. When I said, I’ll do it from other hospital as per my availability & convenience (which was already discussed with nurse over call), suddenly the technician & doctor become available. They looted 4K only for few tests which are redundant & for consultation which wasn’t provided. They do not have any empathy with the patients, the way they have treated my family is beyond imagination. If you want to save your time & hard earned money, do visit other hospitals but not this.

Regarding the “unprofessional” behaviour you have mentioned in your review, let me show you the mirror. You charged me 2000+ for few blood sample test and denied to give report and asked to wait for 3 hours. I have full authority to ask for the report if I have paid you people. Don’t call yourself doctors & nurses who can’t even show respect & empathy to a human being. You pressurised my family to do a LASIK on same day without seeing the report. How unprofessional is that!! Thank god, that I didn’t go ahead for the LASIK in your hospital. All negative reviews are genuine.

I rate him as one of the best eye surgeon in bangalore. In fact devi eye hospital is great facility all my family friends fathers visit regularly for eye problems and have done catrac operation
This is a landmark of koramangala for eye hospital
The staff are very helpful especially shailini &shalini at frontdesk
Infact I had a eye inflammation yestedy evening all of sudden and last minute I called they accomdated appointment as it was emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience when I had my lasik surgery done here a couple of days back. Dr Shetty and his team at the hospital were very accommodating of any and all pre op and post op questions that I had and made it a point to explain repeatedly the precautions that needed to be taken. The entire process was done very systematically and there was a
constant handholding by Dr Shetty on what was happening throughout the actual surgery. Very happy with the results and thankful to the doctor and his wonderful team.
PS : If I had to point out something that could be improved apon, it would be the waiting time in the hospital and the slight shortage of seating arrangements for the large number of incoming patients during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience in Devi Eye. We have recently started going to this hospital and very satisfied with the staff and doctors. The retina doctor, Dr Dilip explained very clearly the issue faced by my mom and gave us honest feedback.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank Pankaja Ma'am at the reception. She helped us through the entire process and made the checkup process very smooth for us. Thank you!
