★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced my RS 200 FROM HERE. They kept my bike for 1 additional day from the delivery date and after that when I went to pick up the bike, kept me waiting for 2 hours because they had not prepared the bill. Lazy and irresponsible staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The part was not working from the beginning and they never told me. After visiting when my service interval was over now they gave me the option to replace it and charged me alot.
Plus forced me to get my serviced even though my bike didn't required any service because as per them bajaj told that no bajaj bike can be fixed until there is 4 service interval.
Don't visit this service center they only ruin your bike.
Dominar 400 owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't know if it's just this service centre or all bajaj service centres, the experience is really bad.
I have visited this place multiple times to get one of ours bikes serviced.
Even though the service advisor promises to get everything done, most of the times some or the other thing gets left.
Not only that, the billing takes too long to complete and they prefer cash than card. They give lame reasons everytime that the card machine is not working. But eventually they accept card when they understand that you're not going to pay using cash.
And the funny thing is, I am not talking about any commuter segment bike, I am talking about Dominar 400, which is their flagship model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service again bajaj worker says we will not check your bike if you are not services with our bajaj SERVICE CENTRE. My bike bajaj avenger cruise only minor issue which cost of 100 but he say we will not touch your bike without service it means approx 1200 rs. around why i give 1200 rs. if my work amount 100 then i decided i will check my bike local shop he repair my bike in only 100 rs. Shame on you bajaj workers SHAME ON YOU?? please try to understand your customer issues and solve it and not make extra money with your nonsense bajaj service centre rules. I am the today's first customer but he give poor service again that's why i edit my old comment WORK HONESTLY BAJAJ WORKER ????

They can't do work on time. They take so much time of little work. We cannot see our bike also while service. They made a very long bill. They will make the bill in free service also and said that limited service is cover in free service. They make the bill after inner discussion.
