★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOTS center is run in a very professional way. I was impressed with the efforts taken by the staff in handling kids. Parents should understand that certain assessments are very much needed to check the improvement and also come up with treatment plan as it is tailor made for each child. It's a collective work and needs lots of patience.
DOTS are very efficient in their remedial work which works on many aspects like sensory, motor skills and social skills too. I understand sometimes as a Parent we look for drastic improvement in a short time but believe me it depends on many factors.
The whole team is very capable and rendering services with nominal charges. Being a health care professional and a mother of a child who is taking remedial classes here.
Their is also a qualified &professional therapist will be great in assessing and giving intervention fr children's with special needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had very positive experience with DOTS. In a short span of 2 months, our son has started following instructions much better than he did before. The therapists are well trained and innovative in their approach. They quickly identify the development areas and draws in the kids into activities that address those areas while keeping the child entertained. We plan to come back for more therapy next year.

My son who was scared of climbing stairs or who never used to play in the park because he was scared to swing or climb the steps to slide etc. Now his jumping , most of the time his outside playing. Thanks to Mr. Dinesh sir, he is one the finest OT Therapist I have ever met. and the Mr. Naveen the head of this centre has wealth of information.
Now since its lockdown and we have started online Occupational Therapy , Initially we thought it may not be effective, but Dinesh sir and Naveen sir are carrying online sessions amazingly well. Thanks to the DOTS team for being there with us and helping us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to DOTS by multiple people. Their Therapy centre has all the props that will be used during the OT sessions, our son got accustomed to those and therapist - Dinesh and he's eager to attend these sessions. Therapists are well trained and knowledgeable.
Fast forward after 2 months, due to lockdown and restrictions, we were uncertain about OT sessions. Thankfully, DOTS had a plan for online OT sessions which I can say are as effective as in-person sessions. We as parents are getting to know many things on how to use daily use/toys items to conduct these sessions. I would say - me and my wife have better understanding of how body and brain works, triggers etc now. Special thanks to Naveen sir for making sessions informative to parents while conducting these sessions.

They are professional and friendly. They allow parents to sit during the therapy and give valuable suggestions. Overall we are satisfied with DOTS.

It was this day we met Naveen Sir and he patiently explained all information about occupational Therapy and it was also this first meeting which gave us confidence that our son is in the safe hands. We take this opportunity to Thank Naveen Sir and Sandhya Madam from bottom of our hearts for the dedication and efforts that they are putting into each child for their better future.
Naveen Sir is the most humble, knowledgeable person. With the vast umbrella of Knowledge he possess it is always a quick and practical solutions for the issues we came up for our child. We as parents never felt that we were talking to a Mentor, Thanks to Naveen sir for giving us the liberty and comfort to talk to him that way. I can say this 100% that he is always there for the kid 24X7. I still remember the day when Sir explained me so patiently with in-depth information about dexterity issue my son was facing, and now my son is able to write and draw on his own with no help.
Our Therapists Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Gokul have been very patient with our son and have a very good command over the activities that are assigned for the day. There is a special bond that my son has made with them and calls them 'Anna' rather than Sir.
A special Thanks to Sandhya madam, in one sentence- she is there for our kids all the time. She arranges all the sessions according to the request of parents and guides always the best for the children in all aspects.
The institute in itself is well equipped to cater the needs of individual child. The session is well designed keeping the interest of the child. our son has always showed interest in coming to the sessions. Even during the lockdown, Naveen sir has taken utmost care that children do not miss their sessions and have conducted the session online. First we were a little apprehensive about the online sessions, but the way Sir conducted the sessions with our everyday household items was truly commendable. We truly appreciate all the efforts of the Team.
Our son has shown significant improvement in his overall development, and we are very confident that we can achieve the best for him with the association of DOTS. We are looking forward for the group sessions for our son. To sum it up, DOTS has never been commercial but gives first preference to kids. It is a place where kids come and develop and overcome their challenges in the best possible way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in the US and have been getting Occupational therapy online through Dexterity OT services for our 4 year old for the last 4 months and are very pleased with the services. We were a bit skeptical in the beginning as OT is usually something done in-clinic but what we found after a few sessions is that with careful planning of sessions and expert guidance from our therapist, OT at home by parents too is quite effective. Our son has improved significantly in attending to and finishing activities in the last few months. We are also given list of activities to do at home which we could send videos and get prompt feedback. We now have gained some expertise in engaging our kid under different circumstances. Naveen Sir’s in-depth knowledge has also helped us learn activities and strategies to help our son improve his sensory issues. We would like to strongly recommend OT through Dexterity OT services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am writing this review with so much gratitude and thanks to Naveen sir, Sandhya ma'am and therapist Dinesh. It has been around one year since we started coming to DOTS. You guys have given us parents the greatest gift, you have brought our son from his world to our world.
When we joined here my kid was of 5 years with no therapy before that. He had a speech but had other classic behaviour symptoms of asd. Naveen sir did our consulting and explained the concept of occupational therapy. He was able to clear all our doubt regarding ot. He is able to provide a remedial activity and explanation for each of the sensory issue. He is the mentor of each therapist here and has vast experience and knowledge. He has practical solution of each sensory and behavioural issue.
Therapist Dinesh is highly educated and has good command over his subjects of therapy. He first built a repo with my kid and slowly started increasing the difficulty levels of physical and brain activities. Dinesh is an excellent coach and surely has a bright future.
In DOTs, Each class is well planned with increasing levels of difficulty for sensory integration. There are regular reviews and guidance for all queries. All the custom materials that are being used are excellent. Activities are good and helped my son a lot. My kid just love coming here and look forward to the sessions. Such was the excitement of my kid that he celebrated his birthday at DOTS.
I would say in a year my kid's sensory issues, pattern and routine fixation and stiming issues have reduced to more than half. His understanding and command following has reached a much higher level.
He has improved so much in a year that we were able to join him in sports coaching where is following more than 50 percent commands that too in a group.
We are keen to progress to next level of sensory integration, group therapy and oral therapy and we have high hopes and trust on DOTS for that. I will update my review next year for the progress in these areas.
To summarise, We have found a centre that gives more importance to resolving kids issues and is not money minded at all. To all parents who want a good result and a right direction, this is the place to go to.
