★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the 6 Planet Fashion stores that I have been to, this was the worst. Primarily because the guy who was billing did not let coupon redemptions get through deliberately. He pretended to be ignorant of the process and after I called the coupon's customer service and things started escalating, he quietly typed in the code and told the redemption is done. I had one more of the same coupons left and used it Hyderabad City Center mall store and they did it without any hassles instantly. Clothing choice was good though.
