Chef Ravi Saxena has developed his culinary skills over the past 21 years. After graduating from IHM Goa, he started his career as a Kitchen Trainee with The Leela in 1992. Soon after, he joined The Holiday Inn, Pune as second in command to the Executive Chef, to take responsibility for the kitchen right from its inception. However, not one to rest on his laurels, Chef Ravi then spent a year (1999) at Baisan International Hotel, Bahrain, with a versatile performance in Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian, Arabic and Continental cuisine. He followed this up with The Imperial, where he joined as a Junior Sous Chef, opened the Italian Restaurant ‘San Gimignano,’ and was later promoted to Executive Sous Chef in 2005. Skilful and recognized for his managerial abilities, he defines these experiences as a quest to gain more knowledge of his craft. An avid drinker of whisky and non veg (as Punjabi as they come!),the opportunity to meet and learn from chefs, he feels, allowed him to groom and familiarize himself with international standards and practices while staying true to those highway roots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute rip off, they publicized the picture I added to my comment and later refused to give us any discount claiming this offer is only for delivery orders. No where in this add does it say that. Also when I pushed the manager his response was even worst, the guy did not even know what this add said and kept arguing with me. I do not recommend this hotel and will never go back. There is a better Punjabi Hotel across the street and one should visit that instead of this place.

Not sure of other items in the menu.
A very disappointed experience on my first visit to Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to enjoy authentic punjabi dishes. Near the airport in Aerocity. Spacious seating however check before you come on weekends or special days. They are pretty full.
Good ambience of Punjab. Food quality and quantity bis good for two

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Veg tandoori platter . It was nice. Veg gulati kabab were awesome in platter . But we did not liked dal makhani, so we informed then. And they were fine to replace or remove it. Good staff.

Veg options are less, dishes like dahi ke kebab, Palak Patti ke chaat which were hit selling items are discontinued don't know why ? Non veg food dishes are good in taste
Service is good, value for money ? book in advance for table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a dinner with friends who were in town from the US, craving Indian food. Narrowed down on Dhaba since it was close to their hotel in aerocity. They liked the food but those of us in India didn’t like the food as much.
We tried a bunch of stuff.
1. Kala Sha-kala chicken - found it to be rubbery and it wasn’t great at all.
2. Mutton seekh - it was decent
3. Rarra ghost - it had minced meat in the gravy, we liked it.
4. Chicken masala - was decent as well
5. Breads - Pudina paratha and red chilli paratha
The service was very slow, probably because of Saturday evening but I felt there was very less attention given from the staff. Didn’t see them being proactive.
Ambience was good, we went for the outdoor seating, this weather is good for it.
Overall - I’d not recommend for a good Indian palette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply tasty well cooked food! I highly recommend. We dined hear as a group of 6 and bill with drinks was around £21 each. 2100R We ordered A LOT. Service was sublime, staff are very attentive and welcoming always happy to help. Fast service. Cannot wait to return.
