★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pathetic. They hold whole vehicle waiting for 1 passenger who was not even at pickup pont on time. The time was 11am from wani to Nagpur. Everyone supposed to came before 11:15. But its 11:33 now they are still holding the whole bus waiting for 1 passenger. This is not 1st time this happens every time. Worst service. Worst behavior of staff.
