I booked an AC book of 4:30 and was waiting at the RAHATE stop from 4:15 and tried calling bs attendant 4-5 times but he didn't bother about it. And he stopped the bus for just 30 second at my location leaving me unboarded. And when bus left he picked my call and gave some lame answers to justify his stand. And both the office no. werr not working when I called them for atleast 10 times. Worst for customer satisfaction. I"LL never going to travel with them anymore.
