I use to book ticket on my phone and they were very cooperative and helpful.
At times I use to get late but they use to convince driver to wait for sometime.
They offered me a reasonable price even in festive seasons.
Most of the time I use to travel alone and they even helped me to carry luggage .
I use to travel from Nagpur to Nanded.
They always helped me out to get a ticket in the heavy demand days.
Overall I just had wonderful experience with them.
