Worst peope recklace answer if we ask y the delay they tell go ask your agent where you have booked. All brokers no politeness. Bus no. Mp49at 3936 is the bus. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever seen their drivers wre nit carring driving licence they they don't even bus paper .Bus was stopped by the police and while checking they dont have bus papers only we were traveling from nagpur to banras bus caught at mo up border and bus was hold for 6hours the owner was not accepting the calls nor the office driver was evening smoking inside the bus and the bus was taken to rto office after that ...
And i booked tickets from paytm 6 hours before the journey they cancelled the ticket without giving the reason worst and poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency. Don't travel with them at any route. As there drivers are not cooperative not even the company is cooperative. I was traveling from nagpur to varanasi. N there bus didn't have permit papers so there bus driver abused the RTO police that's y they ceased there bus. The travel agency is responsible for the customers refund and safe journey but no one was cooperating with the passengers n they left us in hanumana border n they didn't even refunded our amount as well.
