★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't travel with Hans Travels anymore. They charge you more than every other Bus and Drop you in Mid-way to travel you alone. Reckless driving, Suffocating Atmosphere full of smells of Diesel, Petrol and Engine Oil and Partially burned fuel. You can't even breathe properly. You never know what happens with you any one among these or all of them. No Masks on staff, No santization of Bus, No Social Distancing norms followed even in this pandemic COVID-19. Stay Safe by not traveling with Hans Travels. Atlast life is yours, so choice is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service, I booked ticket for Raipur, bus timing was 3.30 am, & guess bus arrival timing...7.30 am, driver said due to fastag scanning issue bus was late, they all spoiled my whole night, very unprofessional, unresponsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus service....no contact number for nagpur stop...after struggling with customer care support I got individuals number.. bus was 1and half hr late at departure point....it was supposed to reach pune at 10am but reached by 3 pm...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service provider company..... Their buses are 2 hours late.... I have to wait from 3am to 5am for the bus.... And also they reached the destination 3 Hours late..... I will never suggest anyone this bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus I ever seen. Bus is dirty, stuff is pathetic and rod and nonsense. Driver is very rod and idiot. He told me " aap gadi chala lo" pathetic answer from driver. I give one Star but this travels is not eligible for star. Overall ghatiya bus . O never travel in future and request u to all plz don't travel in this bus. I am very d disappointed☹️
