★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. Irresponsible and unskilled employees. Once I went to deposit an amount in my friends account and the guy who took my money gave change from it to someone who came. And then they said they don't want change and they left after taking their money back and returning mine. It was then found that a sum of 2500 was missing! The bank said I stole it! Why should I steal my money. And they showed CCTV footage and it was clearly seen something fishy going on. But they decided to blindfold their eyes. I was treated like a dog and was shouted to get out. They also challenged me to complain it to higher authorities. We complained to the zonal officer, but no legit actions have been taken yet. This was the worst experience ever. Please don't go for this bank. Go for some reputed banks like State Bank.
