★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and poor quality products are marketed in Dhanush home appliances. It is not even worth one star. My family has been purchasing products from this shop for years, and the quality of products and service has been decaying over the years.
Even after being a regular customer, when we shared our grievance regarding service and products, the owner was downright arrogant, rude and harsh. He not only insulted me, but also my whole family. If you are planning to purchase from this shop don't expect customer service, also insults are distributed for free with the purchase.
