★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give stars in minus I would have done that too. Do not fall for the other reviews, they are all their family members only. After staying in the pg I know that. Nobody stays here for long term, because they make it a living hell. I don't know why nobody writes the review tho. Probably because they are scared that she will haunt them even after leaving the pg. This review is not only my experience but also a few others that I observed.
1. If you have any problem with anything in the pg, she will not solve it. The owner is incredibly rude and fight with you every chance you get. All you will hear is that its her pg and her rules. And "get out" if you have problems. As if we are not paying rent and staying there for free.
2. The food is also not good. In the afternoon godknows what they serve, all I got was rice and watery curry. The breakfast and dinner are better and atleast edible. I have images and videos of the food if anybody wants. MOST IMPORTANT: THERE ARE COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN. BIG ONES. I HAVE BEEN TO THE KITCHEN ONCE OR TWICE AT NIGHT AND I HAVE SEEN THE BIGGEST ROACHES ROAMING EVERYWHERE, on the kitchen top, cook top, everything.
3. Since its their family living there, they fight every other day, and if you are studying for competitive exams, this will disturb you.
4. There is zero privacy in any of the rooms, as there are no bolts and locks to either the room or the cupboards. Except 2 sharing, which does not have a roof and single room, the size of a matchbox.
5. The rent is okay I guess, but for the same size of rooms and no interference, you might get in other pgs for less rent.
6. Cleaning is regular, which again is done in every other pg
7. You are not allowed to wear any kind of chappals inside the pg. Nor you should keep any of your footwears inside the pg because they do pooja in the house so chappals are not allowed.
8. It doesn't matter if it is your room, she will constantly come and tell you to keep it clean and not keep anything outside, fold the bedsheets and whatnot, just in case somebody comes to see the pg.
9. Again if you are an exam aspirant, you will def have many books, which you should not keep outside because cockroaches will come. And the cupboard space is not even enough to keep all your clothes let alone books and other stuff.
