★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad pg, threatening messages from the pg lady rashmi and her husband sandeep. Saying if we do not remove the bad reviews from the site then both husband and wife will chase us down and kill us itseems. Girls be aware of this pg, because girls favored by the pg lady are being supported, but the rest are at utter danger and their things too. Previously couple of things were stolen and used without the owners permission. Look before you leap. The pg lady also says that God comes on her husband and and can curse anybody.
Do not go by the 5satr ratings the pictures also do not justify the actual living there.
Plus the 5star ratings are cooked up the pg lady itself.by those girls who are supported by her.

It's very secure, food was very nice , nice service.. Even during the lock down time it was very helpful and my rent reduction was done and they didn't collect rent from me as we are Army family. We appreciate their service.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well said about this third class pg. Have seen the wrong side of this pg as well. Even the business owners talk about the pg girls medicine intake and their personal stuff as well. Very much threatening. Tea is too sugary. The flask is not washed well. The cupboards are not secure one cupboard is shared by three people, plus very insecure . As observed there is no daily cleaning at all. This 5star rating is absolutely cooked. For people who are looking for good standard pg this is not the one. Even the male business owner is also very nosy. They do not even mind their own business. It is insecure. I too had the same insecure feeling. The bathrooms are so dingy.with fungus formation at the corner of the tiles.and sink.
The house they have rented for their pg business is too old and bathroom doors do not even close properly. Fact fully it is an insecure pg with too many guests all the time.
